"Still Waiting for My Order Since 5/02/2022"
I placed my order on 5/02/2022 and I'm still in limbo waiting for either my delivery or a refund. I've sent multiple emails but haven't heard back. I did manage to speak with a really nice lady at the office who promised I'd get a call the next day, but that never happened. Now, whenever I try to call, it says I'm dialing the wrong number, even though it's the same one I used before and the one listed on their website. This company is a total disaster with terrible customer service! Looks like I’ll have to take time off work to head to Crayford in person to sort this out and get my money back. What a joke!

Top-notch service. This was my first experience with KM Cleaning & Maintenance. While I was browsing online for Bilt Hamber products to give a shot, I stumbled upon some local stock at an awesome price, so I went ahead and bought it through their click and collect option. The service was fantastic, and I even received a complimentary gift!

I haven't given the product a go yet, but I'm really bummed that the shipping fees ended up being twice the price of the item. What should've been about £10 turned into nearly £22!

I got some Bio products at a great price, plus they offered free next day delivery in the BR area. The delivery was right on time, and the driver was super friendly. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

The delivery was super quick (and it didn’t cost a dime). I made my order in the evening, and it showed up the next morning while I was munching on my breakfast. The staff were really nice. I got some liquid starch, and it’s a solid product.

"This glass and window cleaner is fantastic..."
This cleaner for windows and glass is super simple to use—just spray and wipe! I hit the upvc while I'm at it, and it cleans that up too. The windows come out streak-free and looking great. It's an excellent product! As a 73-year-old retiree, I've tried a bunch of sprays over the years, but nothing compares to this window cleaner. This is my second time buying it.
